These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the KnockZip platform, including its mobile application, website, and related services ("Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Platform.
Users must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.
To access services, users must create an account by providing accurate and complete information.
Users are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials. KnockZip shall not be liable for unauthorized access resulting from user negligence.
KnockZip reserves the right to verify user identity, including KYC and document verification for service providers and enterprises.
By creating an account or using the Platform, every user, service provider, enterprise, and enterprise employee expressly agrees to receive important service-related updates, alerts, account notifications, transactional messages, security communications, regulatory or legal notices via SMS, WhatsApp, email, push notifications, and in-app messages. Critical transactional and security-related communications cannot be opted out of while maintaining an active account.
KnockZip may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be notified through the Platform. Continued use constitutes acceptance of amendments.
KnockZip grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Platform.
Users may use the Platform solely for lawful service booking and related activities.
Users may book services through the Platform. Acceptance depends on availability.
Service prices are displayed prior to confirmation. KnockZip may charge platform/service fees.
Payments may be processed through authorized payment gateways. Users authorize KnockZip to collect payments on behalf of providers.
Applicable taxes shall be charged as per prevailing laws.
Providers will receive payouts as per agreed settlement cycles.
Users may cancel bookings within permitted timeframes displayed in the app.
Providers may cancel only for valid reasons. Repeated cancellations may attract penalties.
Refunds shall be processed to original payment mode within standard timelines, subject to deductions.
Failure of user or provider to appear may result in partial or full charges.
KnockZip acts as a technology platform and does not endorse, guarantee, or certify any service provider, enterprise, or employee. KnockZip shall not be responsible for quality, legality, or performance of services.
KnockZip may introduce additional services such as subscriptions, enterprise solutions, insurance, training, or digital products. Such services may be governed by separate terms, which shall form part of these Terms.
Handled securely by authorized payment gateways. KnockZip does not store card details.
KnockZip implements industry-standard security measures including encryption, access controls, and audits. However, no system is fully secure.
User data is retained only as long as required for business, legal, or regulatory purposes.
KnockZip may use cookies and similar technologies to enhance user experience.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites. KnockZip is not responsible for their practices.
KnockZip shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the preceding six months.
Users agree to indemnify KnockZip against losses arising from breach of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.
KnockZip may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, fraud, or legal requirements. Users may close accounts through the Platform.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Courts at Kolkata shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
